Elizabeth Palmer, an 11th-grader at Yucaipa High in California, won the girls large school junior race at the Fastback Invitational, covering the 1.7-mile layout in 13:21.4 for the fastest female junior performance from both races combined at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, Calif.
